Ständig Emails mit Error

Hallo!

Ich bekomme neuerdings extrem viele Email mit Error-Meldungen, sowohl wenn Kunden sich im Shop „bewegen“ als auch wenn ich mich selbst anmelde.

Schau mal ob das hier ein Ergebnis liefert:

 SELECT id FROM s_core_config_elements WHERE name = 'update-unique-id'

Wenn nein, dann kannst du das hier machen:

kamen zwei ID´s raus, 1232 und 2250.

Habe heute mal ein Update auf 5.2.24 gemacht. Soweit so gut geklappt, aber die Fehlermeldungen- bzw. mails sind weiterhin da.

Niemand eine Idee?

wenn ich den Shop selber teste scheint alles zu funktionieren, aber ich habe die Befürchtung, dass die Kunden Probleme haben. Mit brechen die Umsätze ein. Irgendwas ist da nicht in Ordnung.

Ich vermute mal, Du hast ein Problem mit Deinem SSL-Zertifikat oder der Serverkonfiguration. Siehe Screenshot. Da müsste man mal das Zertifikat, die Shopeinstellungen und die .htaccess prüfen. Wenn’s vorher ging - was habt ihr geändert?

Habe SSL jetzt mal deaktiviert. Mal sehen, ob es vielleicht daran lag…

Aber in den Error-Emails wurde nichts von SSL erwähnt!?

Kann es sein, dass du gar kein SSL Zertifikat hast? Das Zertifikat im Shop ist vom Plesk Standard, deshalb wird es auch als ungültig angezeigt

Anyhow, SSL deaktivieren ist sicher keine Lösung - auch nicht kurzfristig. Du verkaufst Sicherheitstechnik, aber über eine ungesicherte Webseite? (Sorry, ich weiß solche Anmache ist kein guter Stil, aber das musste ich jetzt mal loswerden.) Lass lieber mal eine Fachperson auf Deine Installation schauen.
