Habe die Lösung in einen anderen Thema zu PayPal gefunden:

Hallo in die Runde, wir haben das gleiche Problem feststellen können. Update auf das Security Plugin v1.1.34 → Danach keine Paypal Zahlungen mehr möglich. Es wird das PayPal Express Plugin (v3.7.0) verwendet.
