Hi All,
I joined a small E-commerce company in a part time role and no IT guy in it and only the owner uses Shopware to develop the website and post the products.
Now I got hired becuase he needs some support with paying less and also to do automation of Customer Support(Freshdesk) and Order Management.
I need to know where to start and how to learn and also what kind of API’s need to Integrated .
Please help me.
