I’ve created a page by „Content > shop pages“. My question here is: „Setting up link address field like /foo, why users get reditected to index page? I saw too a 404 HTTP code is returned to“. How can I setup this clean routes?

You may go to the caching module under settings and then to the SEO menu item. After refreshing your SEO index you should have clearn url routes.
