Hoffe es kann jemand helfen. Seit ein paar Tagen kommen Kunden im Shop nicht weiter als bis zur Adresseingabe. Dann kommt diese Fehlermeldung: „Leider ist etwas schief gelaufen“ und das war es dann schon.
Bei mir lokal tritt der Fehler nicht auf aber bei allen Kunden in Österreich und Deutschland und das ist fatal.
Hat jemand eine Lösung oder kann das gegen Bezahlung reparieren.
Bin echt überfordert und weiß nicht wo ich noch suchen soll.
Ich hab bei mir den Mailer abgeschaltet und auf der ersten Shopseite die Kunden gebeten ein Kundenkonto bei Bestellung zu erstellen. Dann läuft es ohne Fehlermeldung. Nur bekommen die Kunden keine automatischen Mails mehr. Das muss ich dann manuell machen wenn ich im backoffice eine Bestellung sehe. Das hilft erstmal die Bestellungen überhaupt zu ermöglichen.

Das war bei mir das Problem. Leider wird das natürlich nicht geloggt. Nur Ich hab’s festgestellt, dass bei mir die Bestellbestätigung nicht ankam, die Bestellung im Test-Shop aber im Admin zu sehen war.
Hat ja bis vor ein paar Tagen noch alles funktioniert und ich hab nichts geändert. Aber ich werde die Einträge nochmal neu eingeben um auch das ausszuschließen.
Schau auch mal ins log auf dem Server unter var/log
Der letzte Eintrag von gestern ist ellenlang. Sagt mir eigentlich alles nichts, vor allem nicht was zu tun ist. Hatte gestern manuell auch das 6.2 update aufgespielt.
Praktisch seit Beginn der INstallation habe ich tonneweise Spam und falsche Kunden, meist in russischer oder chinesischer Sprache. NAch Abschalten des Mailers ist das vorbei.

Schau auch mal ins log auf dem Server unter var/log
Die Fehlermeldungen passen nicht, schau mal direkt nach der Uhrzeit wo du auch den Fehler erzeugst.
Wenn die log files jeweils beim auftreten der Fehler erstellt werden, dann wurden gestern mindestens 12 log files nicht erstellt, denn alleine gestern gab es mindestens soviele Versuche eine Bestellung zu taetigen. Bin ziemlich ratlos. Am liebsten wäre mir, wenn das jemand gegen Bezahlung erledigen koennte.
Suspekt scheint mir auch der Eintrag im log:

Also die Daten die du oben hast sind Spam, dass war ein Bot. Sieht man auch an den Daten selbst.
Du hast ja vorne immer einen Zeitstempel.
Hast du mal plugins deaktiviert? Die können da ja auch mit eingreifen.
Auf deiner Seite gibt´s i.M. nur eine 500er Fehlermeldung und kein reinkommen

Mannomann, nach update auf 6.2 ist der Servicebereich komplett weg. Da fehlen mir die Worte. Sieht nach einer Dauerbaustelle aus.
Die http:// www.walter… fehlt noch. Ich denke das solltest bei den rumänischen auch so machen.
Und ja auch mobil ist da nichts da vom Service, vielleicht musst es nur aktivieren.
im menü rechts oben finde ich impressum etc… impressum soll aber sofort ohne weitere klicks zu finden sein. ich würde die rechtlichen sachen alle extra packen ins footer menü, wo man es direkt und ohne umwege lesen kann
