Rule Builder- Customer with tag condition does not work

Hello,

Please check if the condition „Customer with tag“ is working in Rule Builder?

For me it always produces false, that is same as „tag does not exist“ : „Customer with tag“ | „Is one of“ | „tag_do_not_send_me_registration_email“.
Other rules like „Customer group“ and „Customer with custom field“ are working fine.
v 6.4.14.0.
