Notification/message is running forever

Hi,

We are working on shopware 6 (v6.4.18.1) , and in the backend always there is an API call for „notification/message?limit=5“ is running forever. Sometimes it will take long time to load and it’s affecting our performance in backend , and backend seems pretty slow.
Is there anyway to improve the performance or restrict the API call for being called without any action on the screen?
