also im Shopware - Forum wird sicher kein Support für (Fremdanbieter-)Plugins geleistet 
.
Und im Shopware Store beim Plugin steht: „Support durch Mittwald“ ( mittwald Security Tools | Shopware Store ). Also muss auch Mittwald den Support leisten (steht ja auch so im Shopware Store) - am besten machst du einfach einmal in deinem Shopware Account ein Ticket bei dem Plugin auf.
