How can I sync data from a Shopware 6.3 installation to a new Shopware 6.6 installation?
Was hoping to be able to use the Migration Assistant, but after establishing a connection between the two shops, I get the message ‚We have noticed that your source system Shopware 6.3 version does not match your target system Shopware 6.6 version. Please ensure to use the same major version for both systems before you start the migration.‘
So it Isn’t possible to migrate data from a lower major version??
What would be an alternative?
Yeah, it is (currently) not possible to migrate between different minor versions. I would suggest to copy the 6.3 and update it to 6.6.
From my idea, migration is for change data from old SW5 systems to SW6 systems. For SW6 lower version to higher version, we use shopware update process. You can find the idea here
