Mails only send after admin login

Hi All,

Somehow SW 6.4.19.0 only sends out mail when a Admin logs in. Is this a normal behaviour or do we need to config something?

So this is a ‚normal‘ behaviour apprently

I do not think so. It depends if you use the message queue für mails or send them directly. The message queue needs the Admin Worker or cron jobs.
