HTTP Error 500 - tritt auf einmal auf

Hallo liebe Shopware Community,

Wir haben seit heute das Problem in unserem SubShop, dass nach versuchtem Login eines Kunden, auf einmal der gesamte Shop unter Error 500 läuft bzw. eben gar nicht mehr läuft. Der Hauptshop funktioniert einwandfrei.
Es wurden keiner Updates eingespielt und auch keine Plugins erneuert.

Leider bin ich kein Programmierer oder Developer der sich von den Logs genau ein Bild machen kann und freue mich sehr auf Eure Tipps.

Vom Hoster habe ich folgende Fehlermeldung in den Logs erhalten:

deaktiviere mal das Plugin BrandCrockArticlePdfTab (Artikel PDF Tab).

Das Plugin BrandCrockArticlePdfTab habe ich bereits deaktiviert, den Cache neu geladen und es brachte leider keine Änderung.
Weiterhin der Fehler 500

Der Kunde hat eine Kundengruppe zugewiesen im Subshop?

Wäre vielleicht gut, die Fehlermedlungen von dem Zeitpunkt zu erhalten wo der Fehler auch aufgetreten ist. Scheint ja etwas mit dem Login oder Kundengruppe etc. zusammenzuhängen.

Vielen Dank :slight_smile: Problem gelöst. Interessanterweise war in der Kundenübersicht gar keine Kundengruppe ersichtlich.
Jedoch in der Kundendetailseite war tatsächlich eine nicht bekannte bzw. nicht mehr vorhandene Kundengruppe eingetragen. Nach Update auf die korrekte Kundengruppe funktioniert alles wieder perfekt.
