How to prevent order confirmation mail

Hello,

Anybody have an idea to prevent order confirmation mail.Because i have created one sample payment method. But mail goes before it comes to my payment file.So I need to prevent before it triggers.

Hi charles I got the same Issue.

As far as i know this depends on the Payment Gateway you use. If you use a Async Payment Gateway there is no way around this…

Only with SynchronousPayment Gateway this can be solved.

Maybe check the settings of the email? You could also try to ask the service support.
