How to get the ID of a newly created form in shopware backend

I created a new form under  „CONTENT => FORMS“. Now to display the form in a page i created a page in  „CONTENT => SHOP PAGES“. To link the new form to the newly created page, i want the ID of the form as per the shopware doc in http://en.community.shopware.com/_detail_796.html. Please give a solution like to get the form ID or any other method to do so.

Below the field “name” you can see a gray text “Link to form shopware.php?..”.

The last part of the URL ist the ID. sFid=XX, with XX being the ID

Thank you soo much…It worked…SInce i am new to shopware…i was not able  to set up the basic things.
