Hallo Zusammen, so langsam verweifel ich. Ich habe meinen Onlineshop auf die Hauptdomain eingestellt und hat auch a weile ganz gut funktoniert - alles top konnte zahlen ect. Aber gerade wollte ich einen Gutschein testen - suche mir dazu einen Artikel, klicke auf “In den Warenkorb” und bekomme nur das Wartesymbol zu sehen (den Kreis der sich dreht) und ich kann solange warten wie ich will - es passiert nix. Woran liegt das oder was mache ich falsch? Hallo Liebes-Spass Ich kann Dir leider keine Antwort auf die Frage geben. ABER, was nicht gut ist, sind die Ladezeiten, resp. die Hardware. Ich bin inzwischen ziemlich sicher, dass SW bez. Hardware/Software relativ sensibel ist. Gewisse Disfunktionen treten bei genügend ServerPower erst garnicht auf. MFG Gerhard
Hallo, das Thema wurde hier schon behandelt und gelöst, soweit ich das beurteilen kann. Jedoch kann ich das Problem nicht nachvollziehen, denn mir ist es möglich Artikel in den Warenkorb zu legen. Grüße Erik
Hallo zusammen, ich habe das Problem nun lösen Können. Es liegt an dem Sofortüberweisung.de Plugin. Das Plugin bietet Vorkasse an genau wie auch das Shopware und wenn man das ganze ohne die Sofortbank macht geht das Vorkasse via Sofortüberweisung.de nicht. Sprich deaktiviert man dies im Zahlungsmöglichkeiten menu und wählt dafür das normale Vorkasse von :shopware: Shopware dann gehts ganz normal wieder.
