I have made some changes to a Twig template (for the product detail page). I had some troubles to get it working, until I realise that there seem to be two kinds of „default“.
In the layout tab, and have not selected a layout, the default template is „Default value“. But if you click on „Change layout“ you can select „Default product layout page“ (and any custom layout).
So, what is the differens between these? And where are the Twig templates for „Default value“? 
Is „Default value“ some hardcoded things that can not be changed? The help text is not much of a help.
