I just started the custom products chapter in the shopware learning path. The extension was pre-installed in my demo-account. But I can not find the custom products in the menu in the admin client. I think it needs to be updated, but as soon as I try to, it gives me an error. Does anyone know how I can fix that? I really wanna try using custom products along with the course. There is a tab in the Extensions which is called Shopware Account or similar. There you must login to the Shopware Account. Then this message should disappear and the plugins should be visible.
thank you for your tip. Unfortunately that is not working. I am already logged in as an admin through the test environment and the extension does show up, it’s also toggled active, but it is not showing up in the menu on the left. So I assume I need to update the extension, but that will give me the error ![]()
The error message shown in the screenshot is related to the issue I told you about.
Plugins from the Shopware plan might only work on the registered URL, but I am not sure about that.
