I have thousands of products, how can I assign a customized product page layout to all of them? Selecting products one by one is time-consuming if you have many products.

My bad, I was thinking about something else while answering.
To my knowledge bulk edit does not work for layouts. You could change it in the database directly or write a plugin or api script to do it for you.
