Ask for a reason EMAIL


HI! im trying to send „ask for a reason email“ (in cancellation analysis) and its impossible because it s showing that message error. Im not sending coupon codes in the email, how can i fix it?

i am not sending a voucher, ONLY ask for a reason email

this is a known issue Shopware Issuetracker
It is already fixed and will be part of the next 5.7.18 release.
