After upgrading to Shopware 5, I have problem with new customer registrations. After registering I got a message that something went wrong, but in backend I can see new customer. Also, creating orders resulting with screen with information that something is wrong, and some error about address. I know that in Shopware 5 street and street number fields are merged. But how to fix those errors, is there any manual for that. I cant imagine that this update can make such mess, so shop is now broken, nothing is work. I’ve updated from 4.3.2 to shopware 5.0.2. Is there any way to debug for errors and find solution, what can be a problem? Thanks!!!
Hello, I think this might be caused by an invalid mailer configuration. Please check the shopware-logs folder (/logs) in your shop directory. You will find an entry in the files for every “something went wrong…” message you get in the frontend. This error message should help to find out what exactly is wrong in your shop. Moritz
