Adding the content of the "Additional information" field to an email template

On the „Complete Order“ screen of the purchase process, Shopware allows for an „Additional information“ text input field. (activated as an option under „Cart setting“ )

Any info the customer adds here is shown under „details“ (under Orders > Overview …)

What I would like to do is include this info in an email template.

I haven’t seen any variable for this listed but surely it must be accessible?

If you edit the email templates you can see on the right side all available variables. This one should be under order. Just click trough order, and hopefully you will find it there.
