Add extra information in order email

Hi Everyone,

I want to add some extra informtaion in order email. When some customer placed order he received an email that contains his name,address and country name. I want to add his phone number and email address.

For this purpose I alredy do this: Configuration> Email templates> System Emails> sORDER. I have added this field {$billingadress.phone} and then clear the chache properly. But when I received the email it does not contain the phoneumber.

Kindly help me in this regards.
