PayPal Express geht nicht, wenn Adresse ausserhalb Europas liegt

Hallo

vor dem Update von Shopware 5.4.x funktionierte PayPal Express 3.6 einwandfrei, auch International.

Nach dem Shopware-Update auf 5.5.4 und PayPal Express 3.6 funktionieren die Zahlungen nicht, wenn die Adresse ausserhalb Europas liegt.

Fehlermeldung: An error occurred during the payment process with PayPal. PayPal is currently not available.

Was ist zu tun? Wer kann helfen?

Diese Fehlermeldung kommt:

[10729] - Shipping Address State Empty. The field Shipping Address State is required
