looks like my original post was kind of ‚wishful thinking‘. Presently, we are working on a different approach without the language plugin necessary: Translations made in crowdin will be stored on GitHub like translations/translations/th-TH at main · shopware/translations · GitHub. From here, it shall be possible to use it in your store directly in the near future. Hang on.

forget the language pack. There is a much easier way to do that now with the new behaviour 
- Thai translations: Translating Shopware 6 to Thai language - Crowdin
- will be stored here: translations/translations/th-TH at main · shopware/translations · GitHub
- can be downloaded and installed via Shopware Console like described here: Built-in Translation Handling | Shopware Documentation
This way, you can even use it in your own CI pipe
Please let me know if it works like this. I am glad to see you guys help with the translations. I am about to prepare some more content and other stuff around it
