Hello all,
I’m having an issue with shopware 6.4.20.0 (it happened the same in lasts versions too). When I open a customer profile in admin, and try to add a new order, I click in add prodct and it adds a blank/non-existent product. I’ve tried evertything but I’m unable to add a new order from admin.
I’d really appreciate any help on this matter.

Double click within the Item column (where your bar is) and you should see a drop-down menu with all products.
I’ve tried everything… when I click in the dropdown, this is what I see. And if I click on „add“ a blank product is added.
I guess you did not follow my instructions. Did you double click on the space you marked in the first screenshot?
