Dear Shopware-community,
we recently had the problem that orders simply disappeared from the overview and can no longer be found.
However, when I search for the orders (order numbers) in the database, they are there.
Example: order number 21712
Same problem is in the customers order overview. They are missing too.
Does anyone have a suggestion for solving the problem? If not, I would open a ticket.
All plugins have been disabled for testing purposes, but nothing has chanched.

This is an known issue seen in a very small number of installations. Shopware does not know the reason yet. Maybe I will find the bug note…
