Hallo,
wir haben aktuell sehr viele Betellabbrüche mit PayPal. Im Error Log erhalte ich eigentlich täglich Fehlermeldungen mit denen ich noch nicht so wirklich was anfangen. Ein aktuelles Beispiel war heute Morgen. Ein Kunde schreibt:
Hallo,
Ihre Homepage ist total verbugged.
Wollte mit Paypal zahlen, dann schreibt der mir ich soll eine neue Zahlungs art wählen,
nach dem Ich bei Paypal war und dann suche ich noch mal Paypal aus und er schreibt mir,
ich soll eine versand art wählen. Und dann geht es immer noch nicht.
Deshalb stoniere ich diese Bestellung und versuche es noch einemal.
Ich habe mal in das Error Log geschaut, dort finde ich diese Fehlermeldungen, die auf den Bestellversuch dieses Kunden zurückzuführen sind:

Ich weiss nicht so recht was ich tun soll. Wir benutzen Shopware Version 5.3.4 und PayPalPlus 1.4.1 und PayPal 3.4.11.
Kann mir jemand hier weiterhelfen?
