Hallo Forum,
wir haben seit knapp 2 Wochen das Problem, dass neue Bilder bei Artikeln mit Varianten und neu angelegte Kategorien gelöscht werden nach knapp 15min gelöscht werden.Der Shop läuft aktuell auf 5.2.24
Haben daraufhin einmal die Schnittstelle komplett deaktiviert, die Cronjobs komplett deaktiviert. Kein Erfolg. Sämtliche Plugins der letzten Wochen deaktiviert, auch kein Erfolg.
Für die Kategorien war mein erster Ansatz eventuell zu viele Kategorien, aber dann würde der das ja schon vorher anzeigen und nicht erst die Kategorien anlegen und daraufhin wieder löschen.
Aktuell sind wir ratlos und der einzige Ansatz für die Bilder zumindest ist dieser hier Fehler:
