Import/export in shopware 6.4.20

Hi,

we are facing issue with import/export feature from the shopware 6 backend. We tried to do both import and export, it is loading forever. Also, we tried to enable and disable the admin worker, still same issue with import/export. How we can resolve it ? Kindly guide us.
