Currency symbol; space after symbol

I want to have some space after the currency symbol.

Now it’s like €100.00
I want: € 100.00 (spaces after symbol)

and how to change the decimal dot for an decimal comma?

Now 100.00
I want 100,00

Any knows how to change this?
