Hi,
I’m trying to setup a promotion based with the following properties/rules:
- Buy X get Y for free
- Applies to a category and all of its products
At this moment no category related rule works. I checked everything and the products are definitely in the category. The ‘category ID’ rule also does not work (I checked this and it’s 219 for sure).
For illustration, check the screenshot below (category name ‘Test’ is just a placeholder name). This does not work for the products which are located under the Category name:
Anybody else having this problem and can help?
