Adding a new Custom Element

Hi,

I have created a Custom Element called ‚image-highlight‘ 

here I have the media value.Now I need to access to this value in the Storefront but I don’t know how to do that. 

For example for a youtube video I do like this

Does anyone know how to do for an image?
