are you on Fiverr? One of our community members has a very strange request from Fiverr user @joachimhallersw:
hello can you sell me a shopware backup of a shop? i just need an old shop, will modify it for me
A more specific enquiry brought up the direct answer „I buy shop backups“.
Fortunately, @Max_Shop informed us (thanks a lot!), and as we can all understand, this could be an abuse in the form of data theft or building up fake shops.
Our recommendation is: if you have to use Fiverr and receive requests like the ones above, let us know immediately at community@shopware.com. We at DevRels feel responsible and want to prevent data misuse and fake shops.
