Take a look at your Server Error looks from php or apache/nginx and take a look for the error message.
Where do you get the Error Internal Server Error - In the Frontend or Backend? If you get this error message in the frontend, debug the Shopware frontend -> Debugging Shopware
Then you should see the correct error message.
