Hi liebe Community, wir haben ein riesen Problem und hoffen jemand von euch kann uns helfen.
Seit kurzem haben wir einen Fehler im Bestellabschluss. Weder der Kunde noch wir bekommen eine Bestellbetätigungsmail zugesandt. Stattdessen wird die Meldung ‘Ups, ein Fehler…’ angezeigt.
Die Bestellung wird jedoch trotzdem angenommen, das hat natürlich zur Folge das Kunden dieselbe Bestellung öfter durchführen.
Wir wissen nicht woran es liegen könnte, hoffentlich hat jemand von euch eine Idee. Den Fehlerlog hänge ich einfach mal hinten an. Vielen Dank im Voraus!!
