Recommended setup for operating Shopware in Kubernetes

Hi,

what’s Recommended setup for operating Shopware in Kubernetes (k8s)?

  1. There’s a operator based helm chart GitHub - shopware/shopware-operator: Operator manages Shopware installations in a Kubernetes cluster.
    But this is considered as experimental.
  2. There’s also a similar question in the German forum Shopware 6 Production Ready in Docker betreiben (K8s)
    But the answer only refers to dockware.
    So another solution could be to convert a docker-compose file from dockware to a helm chart.

Hey,

yes it is recommended to use the Operator in Kubernetes. If you have questions feel free to create issues in the GitHub Repository. The project is pretty new, so there is right now missing a lot of documentation maybe.

Dockware is not designed to be run in Production, and should be never deployed to an production environment. It’s a solo container to run easily Shopware locally
