Problem with the Plugin Manager - Internal Server Error

Hello!

I experience a problem when trying to access the plugin manager at backend.

It give this error:
500 - nternal Server Error.

I checked the console window (F12), and it says:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
/backend/PluginManager/getPluginInformation?_dc=1519684558589

I also can’t access My purchases in the plugin manager. It keeps loading forever…
is there a way to fix this?

Does your hosting fullfill all requirements for Shopware? (Settings > System Info).

please check the server logfiles of your hosting. In most cases, the PHP error message is output there. Please post the error Message here and we can help you better.

Yes. They are all marked with green. No problem in them.
