lineItems for the order are empty in email templates

In „Order Confirmation“ email template you can access to order.lineItems and it works, but when you want to access them in delivery state shipped template it does not work, and when you send {{order.lineItems|length}} it shows 0

How can I access to order product items in „Delivery state:shipped“ email template?
