After using Pagination or Sorting my js file doesn't work

Hello, I’m using jQuery on my page and everything works fine with custom css & js plugin but when i’m going on product listing side of the page and after load try to use pagination or sorting on listing my jQuery codes becomes passive and they’re not working after that situation.
