New Interface (Schnittstelle) programming in Shopware 5

hallo,

I would like to program a new interface in Shopware 5 for interacting with DPD. The goal is to export/send some data from one field e.g. “Delivery address” / “Lieferadresse” in Shopware into a relevant field in DPD portal. (portal.dpd.de)

How I can start with a brand new interface programming? Can I do everything from within the Shopware or I need an extra SDK to implement a brand new Plugin in Shopware?
