# Zend Session Exception error Shopware 5.2

Hi all,

My Shopware system is throwing two errors&nbsp;

**On the frontend page:** “Uncaught exception ‘Zend\_Session\_Exception’ with message 'You must call Zend\_Session::setId()” when I to load the frontend page of the shop. "

**On the backend page: "** Uncaught exception ‘Zend\_Controller\_Response\_Exception’ with message 'Cannot send headers; headers already sent "

**Solutions I have tried so far:**

**-&nbsp;** http cache disabled in config.php

- set following property&nbsp; in php.ini

Information: I am using php 5.6&nbsp;

The issue mostly happens when something is printed before the session has started. Can you enable error reporting and show again?
