# X-CSFR-Token - Neuinstalltion 5.4.6 - keine Formulare senden möglich

ich habe gerade einen neuen Shop aufgesetzt und kann dort leider keine Formualre versenden.&nbsp;

Es sind noch keine Plugins installiert - alles ist noch ganz frisch - wie kann das sein?

erhalte immer die folgende Fehlermeldung:

Keine Cookies zugelassen oder Javascript im Browser blockiert?

nope!

Cookies sind aktiv und Javascript läuft auch im Browser.

Werde jetzt mal den Cache-Ordner löschen - vielleicht geht es dann… aber ansonsten habe ich keine Idee mehr.&nbsp;

Ist der Testshop in einem Unterordner?  
Dann könnte es sein, dass die Cookies mit der Hauptdomain durcheinander kommen. Bevor du den Shop besuchst, also mal alle Cookies wegwerfen.

ja ist in nem UnterOrdner - also staging-system.&nbsp;  
Okay - ist gelöst - liegt tatsächlich an den cookies - habe diese manuell gelöscht und neu geladen - cahce-geleert und jetzt gehen die Formulare auch!
