# Woran liegt der HTTP ERROR 500 nach erfolgreicher Shopware Installation?

Moin zusammen,

wir nutzen das Hosting-Paket „ManagedHosting Basic“ von Domain Factory.  
Dort haben wir erfolgreich und ohne Probleme Shopware installiert. Jedoch lässt  
sich weder das Front- noch das Backend aufrufen. Es folgt bei beiden Seiten ein  
HTTP ERROR 500. Nehme ich&nbsp;die .htaccess raus, erhalte ich einen Fehler 403.  
Kommentiere ich den RewriteBase aus, dann erhalte ich ebenfalls einen 500er.  
Bei register\_globals „on“ erhalte ich&nbsp;eine weiße Seite.

Ich habe bereits alle (m.E.) Tipps im Domain-Factory-Forum zu diesem Thema gelesen und&nbsp;  
ausprobiert, wie z.B.

– memory\_limit erhöht  
– ioncube\_loader aktiviert  
– von php5 auf php7 gestellt  
– register\_globals „on/off“  
– RewriteBase (ist korrekt gesetzt) mal auskommentiert  
…  
…

Daher versuche ich jetzt auch hier mein Glück.

Hat noch jemand eine zündende Idee, woran es liegen kann?&nbsp;

Bei der Installation waren alle Lämpchen „grün“. Bis auf RewriteBase – aber das scheint  
„normal“ zu sein bei Installationen von Shopware auf DF, wie ich bereits mehrfach laß&nbsp;  
und hörte.

Für jeden weiteren Tipp wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Es muss doch im Serverlog mehr zu dem Problem stehen als nur 500.

Kannst Du hiermit etwas anfangen:&nbsp;AH01215: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /vendor/symfony/http-foundation/ServerBag.php on line 44?

In dieser Zeile steht:&nbsp;**$headers[‘PHP\_AUTH\_PW’] = isset($this-\>parameters[‘PHP\_AUTH\_PW’]) ? $this-\>parameters[‘PHP\_AUTH\_PW’] : ‘’;**

… daran lag es. Hab diese manuell hochgeschoben und alles klappt. Besten Dank für den Denkanstoss.
