# Wohin gehen die Shopanfragen (z.B. "Fragen zum Artikel")

Hallo zusammen, ich habe gerade mal die Funktionen „Fragen zum Artikel“ und "Artikel günstiger gesehen? ausprobiert. Ich bekomme weder eine Mail noch kann ich die Posteingang im Shopware-Backend finden. Oder muss ich vorher noch etwas aktivieren, dass die Anfragen an meine Mailadresse gesendet werden. Grüße

Hallo, hast du das Ticketsystem aktiv? Dann laufen die Anfragen dort auf. Ggf. muss du noch ein Mapping für die einzelnen Felder anlegen. Das geht aber direkt im Ticketsyste. Ist das Ticketsystem nicht aktiv, so werden die eMail-Anfragen an die hinterlegte Adresse geschickt (Inhalte --\> Formulare)

Schau mal im Backend unter Inhalte / Formular… Da sollte deine Email-Adresse stehen und nicht [info@example.com](mailto:info@example.com)
