so nach stundenlangem forschen frage ich halt doch. wo ändert man das?

einstellungen -\> textbausteine&nbsp;

dort einfach nach der telefonnummer suchen

Ja das war auch mein Plan. Da steht es auch richtig, aber es übernimmt es nicht

ansonsten mal in das theme schauen falls dieses vom standard abweicht

Der Cache muss im Shopware Backend geleert werden, ansonsten wie schon genannt im Theme Manager mal unter den Einstellungen des Themes schauen.
