Hallo Forum,

nach der erfolgreichen Installation von Shopware 5 war zunächst ein vollkommen leerer Demo-Shop im Frontend sichtbar. Nachdem ich dann aber die beim ersten Aufruf des Backends geforderten Grundeinstellungen vornahm, erscheint jetzt nur noch eine weiße Seite. Woran kann das liegen?

Gibt es eine Fehlermeldung in den Shopware-Logs oder im Error-Log der Website?

Die Shopware-Logs findest Du im Ordner var/logs Deiner Shopware-Installtion. Wo Du das Error-Log Deiner Website findest, müßtest Du im Zweifel einmal Deinen Hoster fragen.

OK, Hab’s inzwischen herausgefunden. Letztzlich war es ein Kompatibilitätsproblem mit der MySQL-Version. (Shopware 5.6 funktioniert offenbar nicht mit MySQL 5.7)…
