# Weiße Seite im Frontend nach Installation

Wie der Titel bereits vermuten lässt erhalte ich nach einer Installation (aktuelle Version) eine weiße Seite im Frontend, wobei das Backend funktioniert. Der Hoster konnte aus den logs keinen Fehler bei der Installationsroutine feststellen und verwies mich an shopware…was tun?

In den Logs muss eigentlich etwas stehen. Ist die .htaccess vorhanden? nginx oder apache? Steht was in den Shopware Logs?

Ist der ionCube-Loader vorhanden? Setzt Du evtl. HHVM statt PHP ein?
