# Was bedeuten diese Fehlermeldungen bei der Plugin-Installation? „App registration for „XYZ“ failed: Could not sign payload with store secret“

Guten Morgen,

bei der Installation verscheidener Plugins erhalte ich die folgende Fehlermeldung „App registration for „XYZ“ failed: Could not sign payload with store secret“.

Was muss ich hier jetzt tun?

Ja, in den Shopware-Einstellungen muss ein Key hinterlegt werden.

Ich hatte das gleiche Problem. Key war in den Einstellungen schon hinterlegt sowie die richtige Domäne, die bei Shopware bereits verifiziert war.

Allerdings muss man sich unbedingt noch in **My extensions \> Shopware Account** einloggen, und dann funktioniert es mit der Installation von Erweiterung
