# Während des Updates abgestürzt

Während des Updates der BusinessEssentials ist der Shop eingefroren und ich komme nun nicht mehr ins Backend ☹

Hat jemand eine Lösung parat bevor ich ein Backup einspielen lasse?

Hallo Henning,

ich hatte das Problem gestern auch.  
Habe das Plugin in der Datenbank deaktiviert, konnte mich dann wieder einloggen und habe anschließend Business Essentials neu installiert. Seitdem funktioniert alles wieder.

Hmm, jetzt bekomme ich beim Aufrufen des Plugin immer erst mal einen Fehler 503…

@Shopware ich hab das Plugin neu installiert und konfiguriert. Augenscheinlich geht es jetzt erst mal wieder, der Fehler 503 stört aber schon… Habt Ihr eine Idee woran das liegen kann?
