# Während der Installation von Plugin Updates plötzlich Backend nicht mehr erreichbar?

Ich habe soeben Shopware auf die neueste Version geupdated und danach wurden mir einige Plugins zum Update vorgeschlagen. Während der Installation eines der Plugin updates hat sich die Seite neu geladen und das Backend zeigt mir seit dem „HTTP ERROR 500“ und ich kann nicht mehr auf das Backend zugreifen und der großteil des Shops ist ebenfalls nicht mehr erreichbar. Was kann ich tun um das Problem zu beheben?

Bei mir ist soeben das Gleiche passiert. Da war ein Plugin abgelaufen. Das wollte ich im Account kaufen, das ging aber nicht mit der Fehlermeldung, dass ich das Plugin bereits habe. Dann wollte ich wohl das Inventers Plugin updaten und seitdem Fehler 500.&nbsp; Im Log steht:&nbsp;Remove Lock: /usr/local/ispconfig/server/temp/.ispconfig\_lock

Dann noch im Log

Dann am besten in der s\_core\_plugins (Datenbank) das Plugin deaktivieren. Am besten auch alle Plugins die das Foundation brauchen.
