Hi, nur bei einem einzigen unserer Produkte wird der Rahmen gestrichelt und das Feld ausgeraut angezeigt (1 links). Bei allen anderen durchgehend und mit Farbe gefüllt. Alle Varianten dieses Produktes haben aber - ebenso wie andere Produkte - Lagerbestand, sind nicht auf „Ausverkauf“, werden vererbt… Der EINZIGE Unterschied ist, dass bei diesem Produkt das Attribut „combinable“ auf false statt auf true steht (2). Wir nutzen aber weder den ProductConfigurator, noch hatten wir ihn installiert. Wo kann man dieses Feld einstellen? Liegt es daran, oder bin ich auf einer falschen Fährte? Dieses Feld ist virtuell und beschreibt einfach nur ob diese Kombination mit der aktuellen Auswahl verfügbar ist. Sprich ob ein rotes T-Shirt in Farbe 3XL verfügbar ist - mal so als Beispiel. Wie kommen die Artikel in den Shop? Direkt per Backend oder über eine Art Import? ---

Die Artikel kommen per Import. Artikel, Varianten, Options, usw. werden aus einem XML Import File ausgelesen und via Repositorys in den Shop importiert. ---

Dann tippe ich darauf dass die configuratorGroupConfig oder configuratorSettings nicht richtig gesetzt wurden, was mich auch nicht wundert denn das ist echt schwierig sauber hinzukriegen. ---

Danke für den Tipp, das Problem besteht aus zwei voneinander unabhängigen Teilen: 1. Wie richtig vermutet fehlt 1 Eintrag in der product\_configurator\_settings 2. In den option\_ids in der product Tabelle war auch eine überflüssige id vorhanden die dort gar nicht rein gehört ---

Ich habe leider das gleiche Problem. Allerdings ist in der Datenbank alles korrekt (zumindest nach meinem Wissen). In der Administration wird alles richtig angezeigt. Hat jemand eine Ahnung, welche Stellschrauben hier gedreht werden müssen? Oder wie sich ‚is\_combinable‘ anpassen lässt?
